Effective Leadership and governance ensure the success of the Trust and its individual academies for years to come. They ensure that the Trust is working together in the right direction as one.
2. School Improvement
We work collaboratively to build capacity, create strong teams and to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our children and our staff.
3. Quality Assurance
We systematically review our fiscal and educational programs and processes to maintain and improve their quality, equity and efficiency. All academies are expected to be accountable for and support ongoing development and improvement across Greengate.
4. Central Services
We share resources centrally to add significant value, to reduce bureaucracy and to avoid duplication of effort.
